Agreement to Terms

• You are entering into a contract with the travel service provider, not with us
• We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual travel services provided
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and are not controlled by us

Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rumbía Travel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
