How to request services
During booking
- Select wheelchair, special meal, or UM service when entering traveler details.
- Provide medical information if oxygen or mobility devices are needed.
After booking
- Contact support with your PNR to add or modify special services.
- Submit documents at least 48 hours before departure for review.
