How to request services

During booking

  • Select wheelchair, special meal, or UM service when entering traveler details.
  • Provide medical information if oxygen or mobility devices are needed.

After booking

  • Contact support with your PNR to add or modify special services.
  • Submit documents at least 48 hours before departure for review.
